Refund policy
***DO NOT just send an item back without contacting Rapunzel & Croft first.***
RETURNS/REPLACEMENTS:
1. Damaged products shipped.

- Damaged products during shipping will be replaced by Rapunzel & Croft when customer notifies us within 3 days of receiving the package. If a Replacement cannot be made, a full refund will be provided based on case by case assessment.
2. Wrong items sent by us:

- These items will be replaced when customer has notified us of error. No additional costs will be incurred by customer. Rapunzel & Croft will provide a shipping label to be printed by customer for free return of the incorrect item sent.
3. Customer wants to Return items:

- We accept unworn/non-personalized items returns and/or exchanges within 30 days of when your package was delivered. Customer pays return shipping, and a 5% restocking fee will be taken from the full price of the refund for the returned item.
4. Defective components items:
- Notify us immediately if you find a defect in your item within 30 days of your purchase . If you are able to take a picture, please forward one so that I may share it with my suppliers so that they may better their products, which in turn increase quality in the products that we make for you.
- Upon notification, you will receive a communication from Rapunzel & Croft.
- A replacement item will be sent to you immediately, OR a full refund if it cannot be replaced, or we come to an agreement for a full refund.
EXCEPTIONS (Non-Returnable):
1. Custom or Personalized items/orders
are NOT Returnable unless we made an error. Due to the special custom details of these items they cannot go back into inventory or be sold.
->Standard Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges) will be made promptly once the item has been received by me.
-> Any other returns will be assessed on a case by case basis.

COMPONENTS & PLATED ITEMS POLICY:
FADING/TARNISHING is not a defect of the plated items. This is natural wear of all and Any kind of Plated jewelry. Follow your jewelry care card instructions to extend and prolong the longevity of your beautiful jewelry piece.
***IMPORTANT : WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE LONGEVITY OF THE PLATED PRODUCTS. ALL PLATING ITEMS WILL CHANGE THEIR COLORS OVER TIME, WHETHER FADING, OR WEARING DOWN TO THE BASE METAL. IT IS NORMAL WEAR AND USE. THE LONGEVITY OF THE PLATING PRODUCTS ARE DEPENDANT ON HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF THEM, AND YOUR INDIVIDUAL INTERACTION WITH THE PLATED JEWELRY. TIMING OF THE COLOR CHANGE OR FADING IS VERY DEPENDANT ON THE PERSON WEARING IT. SOME PEOPLE HAVE THEIR PLATED ITEMS FOR YEARS WITHOUT MUCH WEAR SHOWING. PROLONGED AND REPEATED MOISTURE EXPOSURE WILL DETERIORATE THE PLATING MORE QUICKLY.
► EXCHANGES: INCORRECT LENGTH
Oops! Well we have two solutions:
1. It’s too Short? You can order an extender to be sent to you.
2. If you're looking for the perfect fit, you can send it back to and I will adjust it for you here in the studio.
- A “re-work” fee of $4 for each item we have to adjust the fit of the item

► EXCHANGES: FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
-> I accept unworn/non-personalized exchanges on orders within 14 days of when your package was delivered.
-> Standard Shipping cost to exchange the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping charges) will be made promptly once the item has been received by me. At which point, the buyer can purchase another item in exchange. Standard shipping rates apply to the exchange.
